This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Woolbale. Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Woolbale a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Woolbale does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.

Woolbale reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of such payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall Woolbale’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Woolbale may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
